Using large-scale XML corpora in Language and Literature

This one day workshop examining the potential uses of large scale XML-encoded language corpora was held twice, on 26th November 2007, and on 15th January 2008. The event was sponsored by the AHRC Methods Network and taught by Lou Burnad, Ylva Berglund Prytz, and Guy Aston. BNC Training Course

This one day course about language corpora in teaching was organized by Ylva Berglund Prytz, with help from Sabine Braun, and presented in ? Singapore on June 13 2008. Materials used are available from the Workshop site.

Using XAIRA to explore Your Corpus

This half-day workshop about using XAIRA to index and search language corpora was organised before the TALC-8 Conference held in Lisbon on 3 July 2008. It was taught by Lou Burnard and Guy Aston. For presentations and materials used, see Workshop site.
